Manager/Operator: The store manager or operator is the heart of a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. As an operator, you are the investor in the company, the entrepreneur, and the person with the vision for success. Most operators are also store managers. There may be an additional store manager to help cover shifts and weekends, but the operator remains heavily involved full time. Store managers are responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. They are quick to handle issues and problems that arise, employee concerns, customer service and much more. In short, they are problem solvers for both positive and negative situations. The manager and operator work closely with corporate to make and achieve goals, to stay in focus of the objectives of the company, and to ensure that the
operation is effectively operating.
